To our Parish Family:
In light of the recent news about the spread of the Coronavirus known as SARS-CoV-2 (the one that causes COVID-19) and because of our love and concern for one another, I would like to make the following suggestions and changes to the way we conduct our common life together. These temporary changes will help us continue to worship and enjoy each other's fellowship, while minimizing the chance that we spread this virus in our community.
Changes:
Suggestions:
Finally, let's join in prayer for the whole human family and ask God to bring this viral outbreak to an end and to minimize human suffering. Let's also pray for those who are fighting this virus, as well as for those who have already been affected by this virus.
And again, these changes are temporary and we make them only out of an abundance of caution and love.
God bless you, Church!
May God's deep and abiding peace be with us all!
Fr. John

These temporary changes will help us continue to worship and enjoy each other's fellowship, while minimizing the chance that we spread this virus in our community.
Changes:
- Greeters will no longer shake hands when people enter the building.
- During the Passing of the Peace, let's smile and wave to each other, or give each other 'elbow bumps' rather than shaking hands.
- At the end of the service, I'll greet everyone with a smile! But, for now, let's not shake hands or hug when people leave the Church.
- During Communion, we will receive only the bread.
Suggestions:
- In addition, let's all be careful to follow the guidance of the CDC concerning the regular washing of hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds.
- Let's stay home if we're feeling unwell!
- If you start to feel unwell, call your doctor to seek professional medical advice.
- Also, please let the Church Office know so we can pray with you: 850-588-3080.
Finally, let's join in prayer for the whole human family and ask God to bring this viral outbreak to an end and to minimize human suffering. Let's also pray for those who are fighting this virus, as well as for those who have already been affected by this virus.
